- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Specify your general objectives and I will work with you to refine a plan to meet your goals. We will develop a list of business or functional requirements, perform an analysis of your present state environment (your capacity for resourcing the objectives you have identified) and your future state environment, i.e., what you will need to accomplish your business or project objectives. We will analyze and rank potential solutions, arrive at a preferred alternative, determine a management plan, and cost the project out as a line item production. Perhaps most important, we will identify risks to your project costs and schedule (and other, as appropriate) and develop mitigation strategies for each potential risk scenario.
