A. My emphasis is on people with medical nutritional needs such as, kidney issues, people on wait list for transplants who need specific meal plans. People who need help establishing healthier eating habits. I create a menu that not only satisfies your medical guidelines it will taste sumptuous too.
A. Watching people light up after tasting a meal and say, "I didn't know that with all those food restrictions, my food could taste so delicious!"
A. Claire H. was on a kidney transplant list and the wait was 18 months to 3 years. However, her sister was an exact match. Due to Claire's chemical panel being off and being malnourished her doctor would not perform the transplant till she corrected these deficiencies.
Claire was too sick to take care of her nutritional needs herself and didn't know how to make her food taste good to even want to eat. That's when Claire H. found and hired me. Through my services we corrected all her deficiencies in a matter of only a few months. Claire loved the food and ate with vigor. She had the transplant and it was a success and she is living a healthy and active life-style again thanks to my services.
A. Recently, I had a client (Savita R.) who came to me that had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. After consulting with her and her doctor I developed a meal plan that not only changed her diagnoses she loved the food.
