We had a pretty bad experience. He was difficult to work with, promised things he later couldn't deliver (i.e. being able to play all the songs we put together in a playlist), kept approaching/annoying the groom during the reception for no real reason ("I'm playing jazz music now") and finally got into a public argument with the best man while on the dance floor. Details: DJ Goyo left to go to the restroom and the best man plugged in his phone to play music. I'm not saying that's appropriate on the best man's part, but surely it's not the most shocking thing to have ever happened at a wedding. When the DJ returned he loudly called the best man an "asshole" in front of about 10 guests. I expect more professionalism from someone I'm paying $1000. He could have said "please don't do that" but resorting to foul language at guests is unnecessary. Multiple guests approached me (the bride) about the squabble during our party and my father even asked about it the next day. To top it all off, I received a text the day after our wedding from our amazing, professional and perfect wedding planner saying "I just wanted to let you know I was not at all impressed with the DJ's behavior last night. I hope you didn't tip him because he certainly didn't deserve it." The music the DJ chose was so-so but all in all the experience was a headache. If you're looking for someone in a pinch I'm sure he'll suffice, but otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere.

DJ Goyo (Gregory Talbot) is fabulous. He's completely professional and has an amazing music collection - both thousands of records (yes, vinyl!) and digital. For my 40th birthday party, he mixed things up both from a list I gave him and added lots of great dance music of all genres and took requests. He also is an accomplished musician and my friends and I loved dancing while he drummed live along with the music. I would recommend him in a heartbeat - he really made my party!

Greg was absolutely fabulous! He has an incredible collection of vinyls and knows how to get a crowd into it having a great time. I have hired several DJs over the years and Greg is head and shoulders above the rest and has a great, happy personality as well.

Greg was DJ at our wedding a year ago. Mountain Winery in Saratoga. Wanted real records and he had a huge selection. Dog friendly wedding and he loved it! We didn't have to worry about a thing, he did all our music even my walking down the aisle to White Wedding! Reasonable price. He was very professional but also very friendly. Made our special day more enjoyable. Would hire him again.
