The most common complaint about lawyers is that they fail to keep their clients informed. I strive to answer my own phone and return all calls promptly. I like getting to know know individuals, educating them about their options, and using my skills to craft an estate plan that meets their needs. With administration clients, I love that I can relieve some of the burden of dealing with a death in the family and that, sometimes, I can be a part of a family's healing process.
