Jackson moved me twice in the San Francisco area, I wanted to use him a third time, but now he's gone. sigh Use him, he's awesome. Professional, reliable, smart, courteous, and likable.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a very simple hourly rate that. There are no trip fees or hidden costs and no tax is applied to moving services.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was living in New York and noticed there was a niche market open. People needed things they purchased on Craigslist picked up and delivered. Having a pick up truck in NY is a high commodity in this regard. I realized that i was strong and more than capable of providing this service. I then started doing IKEA furniture delivery and assembly....haven't looked back since.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Physically this is a tough business. It's taxing on your back, your vehicle, and your mind. There are a lot of tricks to make moving things easier that just come with lots of experience and trial and error. This is definitely one of those businesses where you get what you pay for.
