FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do! I have a base rate, which is useful for quick estimates, but once I've talked to the customer, I like to put together a detailed quote that acts as a starting point for discussion. It allows my clients to see how many hours I anticipate spending in all aspects of the project, and exactly how the cost of the production is allocated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out as much as I can about my customers needs. The more I know, the easier it is to tailor my work to accommodate their vision and available resources.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Theatre Arts / Film from Cornell University, and I have over 15 years experience working in film and television production on major studio projects. Recently, I worked as an Assistant Director on HBO's "Looking." Check out my imdb.com listing for the full list of productions on which I've worked.
