Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Webify Lab offers a wide range of services from big development projects to small business designs. Our most common project is working with small business owners who are looking to make a presence on the web by getting their first site up and running.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check out a few providers and compare style and rates. Look for reviews or testimonials. Cheaper is not always better, quality should always compare to price.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would like to know how to spot a customized site compared to a template. Nothing wrong with either but I would want to know what I am getting.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How many sites have you completed? How long have you been doing this? Do you have reviews? Do you have at lest 5 samples of work I can see? Are your sites cross browser compatible?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What are the services they need. A set of comparable sites that they like in style and maybe some they don't. Knowing their budget and timeline is awesome as well.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We offer very eye catching designs that are up to date with current trends. We never design with an outdated look or use outdated technology.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Will I be able to update my own site? Our answer is yes! Webify Lab designs 99% of their sites in Wordpress making it very easy for our clients to maintain and grow their sites.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That we are a local business with a local feel. We offer a big service with small town appeal. We offer something the big guys and offshore companies can't. The human experience.
