- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In the past 10 years of my life, Ive experienced several lows due to the disconnect with my body. I had dropped down to 95 lbs on my 54 frame, I was walking around with back, knee, and hamstrings injuries from excessive and misaligned yoga practice, I was bloating after every meal and breaking out, and I was fatigued yet sleepless. I was forced to re-evaluate my relationship with food, with yoga, and most importantly, with myself. Painful bloating is now a thing of the past, my injuries are a bare whisper, I am finally sleeping and waking up rested, and I have energy to romp about and play. It wasnt a magic pill or a shaman who took all my pain and discomforts away, but merely a redefining of what nutrition, yoga, and wellness meant to me, then applying those guidelines into my daily life. It was me. I made the changes, I reclaimed my health, I CHOSE TO THRIVE. And so can you. I am here to help you!
