- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees for bookkeeping services vary per client. We have clients that pay $250-$1000 per month, some pay that amount in full each month while others pay a weekly amount that totals their monthly amount at the end of 4 weeks. We try to offer options that allow companies to get the services they need to stay compliant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, there is a discovery call that lasts up to 20 mins. This is where we discover if we are a good fit for one another. Next, there is an analysis of what the client needs. From there, a proposal is put together outlining everything the client has stated they need us to do. If the client agrees, they sign it and we begin onboarding.
