- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained in Exposure Control Plan & Compliance, Hazardous Communication Standard, Blood Borne Pathogen Standard, MSDS Compliance Chemical Handling, Compliance Standard and Drug Testing Methods. All of our commercial cleaning crew members go through 5 weeks of extensive training. Furthermore, receives monthly evaluations on the accounts they are assigned to.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize office cleaning for high profile clients: Law Firms, Entertainment Companies, CPA Firms, and Architecture Firms. Hence, we report any irregular activies, make sure no important documents are touched during cleaning process and handles all supply inventory on behalf of clients to reduce time in supply ordering. We do except emergency special requests such as providing flower arrangements for last minute meetings to organizing file cabinets. These special requests are handled directly by the owner of the company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are professional commercial cleaning companies in which every crew members go through 5 week extensive training. Furthermore, for the accounts we service for 5 days a week, the owner herself stops by the facility to make sure crew handles all cleanings included in the nightly and weekly tasks.
