Ashlee was amazing. I loved my whole experience with beverly Hills Princess. Snow Princess was so beautiful and amazing, her face painting was the best i have ever seen and the kids loved the balloons so much lol, they played with them the whole time. i even had fun with the games and her singing voice was beautiful. Ashlee was so helpful and my princess Melanie was beautiful and professional and i highly recommend beverly hills princess!

I have used Upscale Princesses (Beverly Hills Princess) numerious times for my 7 year old daughter's Birthday parties and I must say they are the best at what they do. This company takes the time to get to know the details about the characters to make your child's experience as real as they imagine. The cast and costumes are beautiful and authentic, while the price and the quality are superb. The content of the party is well organized and fun for all ages. If you want the best...I strongly recommend you go to Upscale Princesses (Beverly Hills Princess). Other companies have poor costuming, bad acting, and characters that look nothing like what your children expects. Not true for this company! Perfection down to the last detail!

I hired Beverly Hills Princess to entertain at my 3 year old twins birthday party.
Cinderella did a great job! She was very nice and did some great face painting for the kids. On the other hand, Prince Charming was very disappointing. He was supposed to do balloon twisting but he only around watching Cinderella with her face painting and did not engage the kids in any way.
I chose Beverly Hills Princess because they were the most expensive and I thought that meant they would be the best but that was not the case. I would recommend the Cinderella character but not Prince Charming.
Also, the characters arrived 15 minutes early and charged me for their early arrival. Overall I would rate their service at 2.5.

These comments about the Prince are very confusing, as he twisted balloons for the children during the entire party. As there were far more children in attendance than indicated when booking, he spent extra time to make sure every child received a balloon, and repaired many of their popped ones as well.
Additionally, to clear any confusion - there was certainly no charge added for an early arrival; in fact, we were at the party for a total of 30 minutes over the time paid for, and did not assess any additional charge.
When asked about this misleading review, client stated that she did not write it - merely that she filled out a questionnaire and the review was created by Thumbtack.
Please be aware this review contains information that is entirely inaccurate.

I'm so confused about any bad reviews. Ashlee was amazing and Beverly Hills princcess seriously exceeded my expectations. my daughter is still talking about it. we had cinderella and Prince charming and they were both beautiful, in character, on time, professional etc. Everything promised was completed beautifully. I highly recommend them-they will make your party a blast!

I have used Beverly Hills Princess several times. The very first time she canceled on me the night prior to the event, she was ill with the stomach flu. She sent a replaced whom was absolutely HORRIBLE! The owner Ashlee was kind enough to visit my daughter the following week to make up for our loss. So we hired Beverly hills Princess AGAIN the following year and she canceled AGAIN, she emailed and said that he had an audition. Don't get me wrong Ashlee is awesome if you can get her to actually show up!! My advice, save your money and go with another company. Hope this helps!!

Beverly Hills Princess is a company comprised of multiple performers - none of whom are ever guaranteed for a particular event, due to our unpredictable schedules as working actors. All of our beautiful performers are highly-trained, professional and engaging young ladies. Due to an unfortunate incident with a 'rogue' performer (no longer working with us), we offered a second event free-of-charge to this client, which prompted her return business. Perhaps a more appropriate review would be a recommendation to request the performer she so enjoyed...?
