The year was 2003: I couldn't seem to stop procrastinating. I just knew I was sabotaging myself, and my dreams. I was always late to things, hated my boss, and felt stuck.
My name is Brennan Smith, and procrastination hypnotherapy helped me so much that I became a specialist in helping people who suffer from the same challenges -- that feeling of an unlived life -- that I had.
Procrastination hypnosis helps people overcome procrastination by eliminating perfectionism, increasing self-esteem, assassinating sabotage patterns, and solidifying goals and dreams into reality.
Private and phone (or Skype) sessions are available.

A. I've posted some articles that show you how to save money AND find a great hypnotherapist. There are tips below, but the full info can be found here: http://www.hypnosis.edu/articles/cheap-sleep
In short, the tips are:
1 - Call multiple people, and see who "feels good"
2 - Compare prices, and what you get for that price (for example, do they record the hypnosis so you can have a CD or mp3 to listen to later for reinforcement?)
3 - Do they have a sliding scale? Ask.
4 - What's their educational background / qualification?
5 - Do they have discounts for packages of sessions?
6 - If you have a flexible spending account or health savings account in addition to your regular health insurance plan, hypnosis may be covered!
7 - Since private hypnosis costs more, do they have hypnosis downloads available for sale?
I really hope this helps you find the best person for you. One way or another, you deserve the results you're looking for.
A. There are no standards in this profession. No licensing, no board exams, no residency. Someone could take a weekend course, print up business cards, and call themselves a hypnotherapist . . . and it would be legal.
Also, hypnotherapists are trained in all areas of hypnosis, but each practitioner gravitates toward a particular area or another . . why not see a specialist?
A. 1 - What results do you want to get from our time together? Be as specific as possible, even if there are multiple areas you'd like to improve.
2 - How does it benefit you to get those results? What are the main and side benefits of having what you want? Why is it important to you?
3 - How will you know that you've succeeded? What evidence would prove that your results have arrived? Who have you become in the process of getting this?
4 - On a scale of 1 to 10, how worthy are you of having this quality of life you want?
5 - On a scale of 1 to 10, how willing are you to do whatever it takes to get what you want?
6 - If either question 4 or question 5 aren't a 10 . . . why not?
