Mr. Swan gave me some very good advice with no qualms and at no charge. I later used that advice (in was a tack to use in social media, Twitter to be exact), at Neocon on the panel I was on with Interiors Magazine editors. This person and their staff will be very involved in every detail of your life so you need to feel comfortable around them and they with you.
A. Be very clear about how your project is billed. Every designer approaches fees, product and specialty services in a unique manner. Ask questions until you understand each other completely. Then get it all in writing.
