Pilates and Gyrotonic both have the same purpose at their core: healing and balancing the body through specific movement techniques. By combining these modalities based on your needs, I create a program to help you move more efficiently and live more fully. I am fully certified in Pilates and Gyrotonic and have extensive experience at some of the top studios in New York and Los Angeles. Also a certified Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, I specialize in injury rehabilitation and pre-natal fitness, but I can also help you improve your golf swing or just get your body bikini-ready!
