- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While real estate agents work based off of commission, we do often receive skepticism from others who do not understand the fiduciary responsibility that is required in our trade. Like doctors and lawyers we have the responsibility to ensure the safe passage of our clients when they contract us in an agency relationship. One other did bit of information that many people misunderstand is that our commission is factored in to the selling price. So when a seller believes that they are paying the agent to sell their property, it is really the buyer who pays commission.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed helping people. I work with non-profits in marketing and when I was looking to transition career wise, real estate became an obvious choice for me for many reasons. Guiding and assisting others with integrity and ethically in the largest purchase of their lives grants me great satisfaction.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in residential real estate working with both buyers and sellers. Whether it is a condo, single family home, or multi-unit, I have a great team backing me for any real estate need.
