- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is required by the Secretary of State of California in my field of work. A three hour course of study is required every four years to renew the notary Commission. Above this requirement, I also stay up on the latest developments in the laws for the State of California, but also laws that govern other States.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give to a customer looking to hire for the type of service I provide is to make sure the provider is a California commissioned notary public. They should be an expert in the California Notary Laws; Loan Signing Skills are a must, they must be flexible with their time and have patients with answering questions for new and inexperienced notaries.
