My specialty is providing California notary laws. I am an education vendor for the secretary of state of California providing the mandatory notary public education classes.
My services include the following:
* Notary Pros (my school)
* online three-hour and six-hour state mandatory classes
* telephone support to commissioned notaries public
* loan signing agent from other notary schools and students
* mobile notary service to the local communities
In my 25 years of experience as a notary public and a loan sign agent, I have acquired special skill in the California notary public laws and how to apply them correctly.
My compassion for the notaries public, my understanding of the notary laws and my willingness to serve are mostly appreciated by those I serve.
Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The advice I would give to a customer looking to hire for the type of service I provide is to make sure the provider is a California commissioned notary public. They should be an expert in the California Notary Laws; Loan Signing Skills are a must, they must be flexible with their time and have patients with answering questions for new and inexperienced notaries.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish customers understood the importance of providing sufficient identification documents to notaries public. I also wish they understood how important it is for a notary to follow the laws that govern this trade, the fines that can be imposed on a notary public if he/she is caught breaking the laws, that family members and friends understood that they must follow the same laws that the general public must follow.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. The questions a consumer should ask this type of service professional is: First of all to provide their credentials, namely the Notary Public Commission, Signing Agent Certification, how long have they been providing this type of service and have them provide references of where these services were previously or is currently being provided.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out from others who provide the same service that I provide because of my dedication to my profession; my willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the desired results, my skills level in my field is above the average person who do what I do and my desire to see others succeed.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The things I like most about my job is the interactions with people, the satisfaction of knowing I have helped some one reach a goal, the knowledge of the laws that govern this segment of our society and also the pride of knowing that I have helped deter potential fraudulent activity.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Continuing education is required by the Secretary of State of California in my field of work. A three hour course of study is required every four years to renew the notary Commission. Above this requirement, I also stay up on the latest developments in the laws for the State of California, but also laws that govern other States.
