My experience with blue dog moving was great. They were able to pick up pack and deliver my personal items in a very timely professional manner. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Moving is a big job and it’s often very hard and they made it easy thank you Blue Dog Moving Co. for making my move and easy transition from one place to the other.

These guys were great! I called looking for help for a very last minute move. Our original movers (also great) had to leave all of the boxes intended for storage in our tiny apartment. I reached out to Blue Dog Moving to see about hiring guys to move everything to storage and they came through for us even though it was raining. Everything was loaded and moved to storage in 3 hours. I would definitely hire them again.

Cliff was able to respond to my request ASAP. He was punctual with response time and accurate with payments. No hidden fees whatsoever. $105/hr was the most affordable movers I came across on thumbtack (plus the gas needed to return to the original starting point, which was $50). The two gentlemen that helped us move were Thomas and Jesse. They came in early on a rainy day and managed to get everything done on time. They were very professional, moved our stuff in a gentle manner, everything was intact, no broken furniture whatsoever. Thank you guys for making it easy on us! I will definitely use this company again.

I used blue dog moving to move a hot tub from a friends house to my house. Really tough move. Elevated spot, tight area, 900lb hot tub. They showed up on time, had a great attitude and never complained about the difficulty. They got it in successfully with no damage. Couldnt be happier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounted pricing to labor only jobs. Boxes and packing material not included and sold separately. A gas fee may apply if necessary. This fee will be based on the overall miles traveled. For example, if we drive to Los Angeles, we think it would be only fair to be compensated for the gas to drive back from Los Angeles. There will be a minimum on all moves. Thank you !! 2 Movers + Moving Truck - $99/hr 3 Movers + Moving Truck - $135 / hr 4 Movers + Moving Truck- $169/ hr
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There will be a three-step process for all moves. Discussing pricing will be our FIRST STEP. We want to insure you are aware of the price. So, there are no hidden fees. Nobody likes surprises, as we all know. Secondly, after you have agreed to the price, we will send our professional staff to handle your move. From loading to unloading and everything in between. Lastly, we will evaluate the finished work to verify you are satisfied, and then we request payment once the job has been fully completed.
