- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 20% discount on the first month. Four-lesson package (one hour lessons): $310 -> $248 with first month discount Four-lesson package (45-minute lessons): $250 -> $200 with first month discount Four-lesson package (30-minute lessons): $175 -> $140 with first month discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through the trial lesson, the student and I get to know each other. I introduce myself, we talk about the student's goals and what level he/she is at the moment, favorite songs and artists, etc. I make sure the trial lesson is fun and productive. I want the student to learn on the trial lesson and walk out excited to keep moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Music Education with Honors and 19 years of experience teaching private and group music lessons. I also graduated in Drum Performance from the Musicians Institute (MI), in Los Angeles, CA with straight A's.
