- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to see all our projects to give you a firm quote because prices vary on the level of cleanliness of each job. From carpets to Janitorial it will vary upon each jobs specifications
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information about their project as possible. I like to come and personally see what their needs are so we can meet them. It is very important that they know as much information about my company as they can so they're comfortable with working with me and my company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up with a father that was in the cleaning business and carpet cleaning that was the best education I could get he taught me to take great pride in my work and be the best at what I do no matter what you do in life
