Holy cow, Deric was not only the better than I expected - he was probably the best independent contractor I've ever worked with. He did everything he could to troubleshoot the problem for free over the phone. When that didn't work, he came over and not only quickly and effectively fixed the door that wasn't working, but touched up all the components of both doors and even did some light maintenance on the other to ensure that our whole system worked well. Outstanding.
