We had an excellent experience using Black Tie Chauffeured Services. Sam was excellent. We had excellent communication with him keeping us informed. He was timely and gave excellent service. We used the service to get to the cruise terminal from the airport and return. Sam even kept our booster car seat so we wouldn't have to lug that on the ship. Overall, I would use this service again.

We hired Black Tie car service for multiple pickups in different cities for a special event. His punctuality and professionalism was on point! At the end of the evening although passed our time we didn’t not rushed, Julian our driver was very helpful helping loading personal items into the vehicle and very attentive to our needs getting in and out of the car!
