- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Well what I do when I hire someone to work around or at my house is find out if they are licensed and insured. Then run their license to see if there are any claims against them. If possible run a background check to make sure they are legit. Then make sure you read the service agreement and understand what it covers and what it doesn't cover. Find out how long they have been doing this. I don't ask for references because they are not going to give you the name of some one who will give them a bad reference so why even bother. It's better just to research them through the BBB or a consumer affairs website. That's what I would do anyway.
