- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most cases are handled on a flat fee basis for the majority of services to be performed. This is true primarily in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Additional services are charged hourly.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to get together as much information as you can and get organized. This includes who you owe money to, what your current income and expenses are, the value of your assets, and things like that. \The better prepared you are, the easier it will be for an attorney to accurately evaluate your situation and advise you on your options.
