We offer individual therapy and couples counseling. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am a down-to-earth therapist willing to help you make positive transformations in your life. I offer you a safe avenue to talk freely and honestly about your true feelings and thoughts by being an objective outsider. I will help you discern what is best for you and for your future. I believe that my task as you counselor is to assist you in identifying your strengths, to evaluate your self-defeating behaviors, and to overcome obstacles that may hinder you from reaching your goals.
