Innovative Home and business repair are awesome. their work is great for the value. They will work with you. They do quality work and repair. I needed electrical work done on my house that had original wiring (circa 1956) amongst other things and Joe came through with his worker Will and knocked it out in a flash. I highly recommend them. I will be giving them more work in the future. Thank you, Joe & Will.

***Be aware of this man*** Joe is not a professional, he doesn’t know what he is doing and will destroy your home. He talked us into adding a bathroom to our home and come to find out he did not know what he was doing. He destroyed our home. He just wants the money and will ask for it every day. Thank goodness for a cousin who notified us he could potentially hurt us with what he was doing. Joe is a con man. Do not hire him!

Do not hire Joe. He is a crook. He will say all the right things and constantly lie to you the entire time. He gives you a reasonable price in the beginning, but what you get surprised by is all the added on costs that you would expect to be included. He’ll tell you his car or one of his guys’ car broke down so that’s why he’s late. He’ll tell you he’ll get xyz done this week and it takes 3-4 weeks or most times it never happens. You never know when the job will actually be complete. He’ll uninstall appliances without telling you and you are out of commission for days. He’ll tell you he’s never made a mistake and that he measured everything right. You’ll find holes and leaks after the job is done and you’ll have to hire someone else to fix all the mistakes and mess he brought into your life. Do not hire this person and save yourself an anxiety attack. He’s not a good or honest person.
