Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy and NLP
Hugo utilizes a combination of Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy ™, and NLP to facilitate you in achieving your outcomes. Change happens instantaneously. Just as we learn very quickly how to be hurt, ashamed, or afraid of spiders, we can also unlearn these behaviors just as quickly, as we program our minds for new patterns of thinking.

Hugo is a certified NLP practitioner, certified NLP coach, certified hypnotherapist, certified Time Line Therapy ™ practitioner, member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy, and a member of the Time Line Therapy Association.
Hugo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, and has 5 years experience as a drug and alcohol counselor, Hugo also ran a program for juvenile delinquents in Ventura County to help teach youth new resources to better their lives and focus on their future instead of crime.
Hugo was born and raised in Lima Peru, and is naturally fluent in both English as well as Spanish.
