Introduction: My job as a therapist is to bring to light the resources you already have, so you can use them in achieving the life you desire. Mental roadblocks are common obstacles to fulfilling our potential. Through the years of been involved in martial arts, helping individuals with substance abuse, as well as helping juvenile delinquents build a new life for themselves, I have learned how to help the people I work with to tap into their minds to uncover the brilliance of their inner champion. Solution Focused Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy ™, and NLP are some of the modalities that I use to shine the light upon the resources you already have. We all have unconscious mental programming that stores the thoughts that may be a challenge in our lives. These thoughts once protected us, but there comes a time where those thoughts are not needed anymore. Through the process of coaching, new thoughts are invited to be present, thoughts that will help you in your journey. For the new thought to be part of you, we need to bring light into the resources shadowed by your current state. I am a pre-licensed therapist under direct supervision of a licensed professional. Because of that, my rates are extremely affordable.
