    I went on an amazing trip to Italy last year. I started off in Rome, had a quick stop in Lucca, the city surrounded by walls, and ended up in Florence. It was the trip of a life time.

    I had always wanted to see Italy. I had never used a travel agent before so using one didn't even cross my mind. I started planning the trip out over a year in advance. I did hours and hours and HOURS of research. I wanted to see everything from the remains of the Colosseum to Michelangelo's statue of David. But there is so much to see in Italy and only so much in my budget. I was getting stressed out trying to decide what to eliminate.

    When I was complaining about this process to one of my friends who travels a lot, he asked me if I was using a travel agency. I wasn't. He laughed and said I was crazy for trying to plan a trip to Italy alone, using nothing but the internet. He recommended European Travel.

    My first thought was I couldn't afford to use a travel agent. I didn't want to cut out any more from my site seeing to pay for the travel agent either. I decided to call European Travel and see what they had. If nothing else maybe they could have tips on where to go.

    I sent my "itinerary" to Chris and within a couple hours he sent me a similar itinerary back with his price. I was shocked! Not only was Chris able to get me a lower price... He got me into nicer hotels, a more organized flight schedule with less flight changes, extended my trip by an extra night and tour guide!

    ALL FOR LESS MONEY THAN THE TRIP I HAD PLANNED!!!!!

    I thought there must have been a mistake. But he assured me there was no mistake and that that was the price. I was so surprised by what European Travel was able to do that I told Chris that I had to go back and review the trip all over again. No, joke, with European Travel I was able to do more for less. A lot less, I'm talking about almost a thousand dollars less.

    Plus, they had thought of things that never even crossed my mind... For example. They arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me to the hotel where i was staying. I would have never thought of that. They saved me the headache of trying to find a cab and then trying to communicate. Now, I always have transportation planned out in advance. No matter where I go. It just saves a lot of headache. I will also always use a travel agent from now on. European Travel made my trip a lot better and a lot less stressful. 100% I urge anyone who is traveling to at least call them first and see what they can do for you.

A. Our most common requests are for air tickets. With rising costs, air tickets are usually a good portion of the travel cost. We work hard to make sure clients pay the lowest prices for air tickets.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. A customer doesn't hire us. A customer will inquire about their travel plans and if we give them what they like, they will continue with the purchase. Every transaction is different and a customer isn't committing to us with only one transaction.

A. With over a quarter century of experience, our travel professtionals are committed to providing our clients with the best customer service, while continuing the lowest rates in the industry.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. More then anything else, our customers and the interaction that we have with them. We enjoy vacation planning and using our knowledge in travel to help save our customers money.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers usually ask if they could find flights cheaper on the internet. I never tell a customer that they won't find it cheaper on the interenet. Why should they take my word for it. We encourage customers to search online for the best available price and then contact us and see what we have to offer. More often then not, we'll be able to offer the lowest price.
