I brought my Event ASP 8 Studio Monitor to Commbridge after it started making terrible crackling noises. The folks at Commbridge were very friendly and thorough, and they got it fixed up within a week, including ordering a chip that had gone busted. Pricing was very fair. I brought the speaker home and plugged it in, no more crackling and it sounds crystal clear!

Question and answer
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. A good service is not equal to cheap service. If price is too good to be true, then it is usually that. You will most likely spend more on the whole.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our motto of "Service Excellence, Solid Experience" speaks for itself. Our experienced technicians will narrow down the actual fix very quickly and avoid expensive repairs for the customer. Happy and repeat customer makes most of our business.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We enjoy the technical challenges. We try fixing existing parts at component level if customer chooses to avoid replacing parts. Although we have seen and fixed most of the common problems in TV and computers, newer problems adds to the thrill of learning. Educating the customer on the problem and the fix empowers them for the future.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What was the problem and how did it occur.. From simple electrical surge to constant usage can cause electronics to go bad. In case of computers, visiting spurious websites or running unknown software or USB drives from unknown sources can infect your computer. Like a car, regular maintenance will result in better ride and mileage.
