Cheryl, thanks so much for your continued support and enthusiasm. Your encouraging spirit allowed me to progress much further than I ever dreamed possible. I especially appreciated your gentle but firm way to get me to push myself even if it was just to do one of whatever you ask. I have been training with Cheryl for 2 years, at the time I had just joined the gym and had not really had much physical activity, so I was really out of shape and needed to lose about 100 pounds. What I love about working out with Cheryl is that she really takes each persons needs and abilities into consideration. She pushes you just the right amount for you to attain your goals, but isn't a drill sergeant, which I really appreciate. I also feel really comfortable with her.
Cheryl has helped me reach some huge goals of mine, I have lost 80 pounds since working out with her, and a crazy number many inches : ) She has helped me not to just lose weight but also to tone and to be physically fit. It's always amazing for me to do something that several months ago I was not able to complete and now I do it with ease. I have enjoyed each of my sessions, Cheryl is really fun to be around too. I have had many trainers over the course of my life. Cheryl's program and enthusiasm inspired me for the first time.
It is not easy to stay motivated, but you can count on her abilities to push you "not to give up".
I have never, ever, before looked forward to working out, now I do.

Cheryl is a fantastic trainer. She listens to me but still pushes me to try harder. She is very creative with her workouts and I rarely do the same exercise twice. Most of her exercises don't use machines which I like.
Not only is Cheryl a fantastic trainer but she is a very nice person also. I enjoy working out with her.– Sarah

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My diligence in understanding a clients goals and the patience to demonstrate and educate them on how to train their body is what most clients find so encouraging. Having a broad range of clients keeps me challenged and focused on targeting each individuals’ goals with a very specific recipe for success that bolsters a client's confidence with each session. This ongoing relationship builds pride with what we are accomplishing and plants a seed of passion in my client.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love that daily challenge to encourage and teach a proven methodology for health and well being.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I get a lot of questions but mostly I have more clients that feel that they can't do something. That is is an impossible goal. And I say to them, it is possbile, if you believe it and are committed to hard work, anything is possible. I am here to remind them of their commitment and accomplishments, no matter how small. There are none that are NOT significant. You have to learn to crawl before you can walk and I am here to help you with each and every step.
