Our Max Kick Cardio and Fit-Boxing classes is considered one of top ultimate body work-outs. We have positively changed thousands of lives!! We have served the community from the same location for nearly 10 years. We have a state of the art training facility.
We love helping the community live healthier and more fit lives. Our work with Children in the areas of self defense, self respect, respect for others and self discipline is extremely rewarding. We help families!! Fitness, proper nutrition, stranger danger, having fun while improving discipline, confidence, strength, is what we are all about and we LOVE IT!!!!
