As a staging expert, I exert effort from the curb to the interior and our homes that have been staged sell faster, and for more money! I will work with you on curb appeal to make sure that you have the lawn mowed and trimmed, bushes that are unattractive removed or cut back, trees cut back and tidy, and flower beds with fresh flowers planted in the yard. Our goal for the interior is to make your home appear as spacious as possible and showing off the home’s best attributes. We will declutter your home, plan a design layout for furniture and accessories and purchase or add new items that will reflect the buyer imaging themselves living in the home. We may add formal dining dishes for the formal dining room, fun kitchen tableware for the kitchen nook along with fresh kitchen towels, flowers and fresh fruit for the kitchen itself. Putting together a design plan for home buyers to see themselves living in your home is very difficult for the homeowner to do. As they see their cherished items as part of what made it their home and a fresh perspective from a staging expert is what they need to view it from a buyer's view. Buyers need to see themselves living in the home and make goals, dreams, and possibilities when they come to take a look at your home. As your home stager, I will assist you in all everything that needs to be done in the preparation of your home for sale. I will give you ideas on how to declutter, give you references for flooring, paint, and window treatments. I will also help you understand what needs to be repaired or replaced, and, most of all, finish the job by putting together the final design in each room as planned from the get go.
