    I've been a regular at Jane's studio almost since she started it. I'm a regular - twice a week. I am always improving, never bored (we have great fun) and couldn't imagine achieving my fitness level on my own. I'm 62, very flexible, thanks to Jane and her staff, and continue to learn something every class. I like the instruction. I'm too lazy to remember the routines on my own, but love being led by Jane or her team of wonderful teachers. Thanks to them I'm in great shape and have stayed with a regimen for the first time in my life. I highly recommend Camarillo Pilates.

    Big shout out to Ms Jane at Camarillo Pilates! I have been a member at a number of fitness studios in LA and Ventura counties and I love her classes and her energy.. Best equipment and the best programs (and advice) I have come across. Jane is a great partner on the road to better health!

    Camarillo Pilates is THE best Pilates studio by far. All of the instructors, especially owner Jane Quaney, are awesome. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for Pilates!

    In my experience with Camarillo Pilates Studio, the instructors have been fantastic, the equipment is up to date and always clean, and the environment is quaint, yet invigorating. I always leave their feeling refreshed and energetic. I am most impressed with the knowledge of the instructors. They are not your every day personal trainers. Love it!

    Jane and her associates have taken me from knowing nothing about pilates - to - fully experiencing its benefits . I am 50-something and very active with equestrain sports. Pilates gives me a full body workout with emphasis on my core. Jane's teaching style keeps me motivated.

    I have been attending classes at Camarillo Pilates since it began. Jane and her staff are extremely well trained and able to personalize a program for each client. As an older woman, I have found it greatly beneficial to maintaining posture, flexibility, and movement. The studio also has a welcoming environment.

A. My customers want to know if Pilates can help them lose weight. The answer is that Pilates is a great addition to a healthy lifestyle and will help you lose weight and tone your body. A person also will need to do cardio, eat healthy and be dedicated to weight loss.
