Introduction: One of my specialties, aside from personal training and nutrition, is natural running. I am a certified natural running coach. I love helping people learn to love running, since running is one of the best things you can do for your health. I have worked with runners from age 8 to 80, and newbie runners getting ready for their first 5k to ultra-marathoners. I teach form, technique, injury prevention, breathing, stretching, and more to help runners become efficient and pain free. I also write personalized running programs to help clients reach their running goals. I love seeing the confidence grow in my clients as they become stronger, fitter, and healthier.

I made the decision to train with Dani to accomplish a goal of finishing my first full marathon this year. We get together weekly for a training session and to review my accomplishments from the week prior. Her training is customized to my individual needs and she continually helps me to move forward with my fitness goals. When I was sick and ready to throw in the towel she gave me the belief I needed to get back to training. She holds me accountable to the goals that I have set for myself and she works with me to achieve them. She is easy to communicate with and I believe the services she offers to me go above and beyond what one would expect from a running coach and personal trainer.

I work with Dani on the weight lifting part of my fitness. I choose to work with her because of her ability to personalize my workout. Dani understands how the anatomy of the body works so she can understand what small muscles may be weak and therefore lead to injuries that I may already have that I am trying to fix or injuries that might be in my future. She is also adaptable. I can ask her to focus on one muscle group area for a workout and she will design a challenging but fun workout for that session, it is great!

Dani specifically tailors each session for my current needs, keeping in mind my strengths and weaknesses. She offers lots of variet and changes my routines so I never get bored and always makes certain I have the correct body position so I don't hurt myself.
