- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading and researching all aspects of health, nutrition, fitness, yoga, and running. I am always giving my clients information that I find interesting and useful.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Because of a health scare of my own, I decided I needed to take my fitness to the next level. I found that I loved helping others with something that made a huge difference in my life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of my clients are looking to take their fitness to the next level. Most have some weight to loose, would like to tone up, and increase strength, flexibility and endurance. I create custom programs for each individual. Every body is different, so creating a program that works with the clients needs and schedule is what makes them successful.
