I had a washer overflow , called vortex Restoration responded very quickly and professionally, Jose showed me the wet areas with his infrared camera and moisture meter. He set up equipment and he got approvals from insurance and guided me through the whole claim process. They removed some drywall and laminate flooring, On final day he showed me again the areas with his equipment and all was dry. He made it easy as possible and I’m glad I contacted Vortex Restoration. If I ever have something in the future hopefully I don’t, I now know who to call!
