- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every infestation is unique, a thorough inspection is really needed to determine the scope of work and cost. We offer a Free Inspection (for non-section 1 inspections) and will provide a quote upon completion of the inspection. Our solutions are tailored for your specific situation. Usually, we can perform a local treatment, reducing your costs, since you won't need to move out. If there is extensive wood damage, we can also provide a quote for wood repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer has contacted us and scheduled a free inspection, we will come on site, perform the inspection, and provide you with a copy of our report as well as a quote for the treatment. Upon acceptance of our quote, the customer signs the work authorization and we complete the work. Upon completion of work, we provide a notice of completion. Payment is also due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For internal education, we routinely meet with our product vendors to stay current on new products and techniques used to treat the myriad pest control issues we see on a daily basis. When new products or techniques present themselves we organize a training session with office and field personnel to share information throughout the organization.
