A. We offer value pricing, quality and friendly service and timely installation. We proudly receive referrals and repeat business from our valued clients.
Most of our competition is with very large companies. Dealing with large companies is very impersonal and the customer becomes a "number".
This enables us to stand out since we are locally owned and operated we have a vested interest in quality and customer satisfaction.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What we love most about what we do is that we are able to help our customers protect their families from criminals and keep the things that they have worked so hard for. And especially love to help catch the bad guys.

These are very rewarding elements of our business.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. One common question is: is central station monitoring needed?

In the case of a fire alarm or fire sprinkler system where it is generally for commercial systems or buildings, yes, monitoring is usually required by building codes or local agencies.

In cases of monitoring of security camera images for warehouses, it is important to have images monitored where valuable inventory is stored in order to verify that an alarm is in fact not a false alarm and that police or security need to be dispatched.

In cases of residential security systems, monitoring can be very helpful for: people that travel, elderly residents, and people that live in areas that are at risk of being robbed.
