    For the first time in my life I am committed to my good health and fitness. Josh Carter unleased my confidence a year ago when I joined Carter Fitness and followed his diet and exercise plan. With five children, a full time job, and old-school beliefs, it was not easy! In six weeks I lost five inches and 15 pounds of fat. More importantly, I have maintained my goal and continue to work out regularly at Carter Fitness and eat right. I am now armed with the knowledge and dedication to take care of myself for life. I absolutely have Josh to thank for giving me the tools to succeed.

    THANK YOU Josh Carter and Carter Fitness for a successful and ENJOYABLE weight-loss and fitness program!

    I used to use all the excuses in the book not to exercise: I don't have time; I don't want to work that hard; I don't like to exercise...you name it, I said it. But since I've been going to Carter Fitness, I feel great, all my old clothes are fitting again (in fact, most are getting too big!), my complexion has cleared up, I actually have fun during my workouts, and, as my sister-in-law noted yesterday, I’m “glowing.”

    It’s all thanks to Josh’s creative, quick workouts and effective eating plan. In only eight short weeks (so far!), I’ve lost about 12 pounds, at least three inches from my waist, and several percentage points of body fat.

    Our workouts are only 30 minutes long, which work perfectly into my busy schedule, and because each one is different, going to the gym is actually exciting because we never know what Josh has planned for us. And his personalized treatment and encouragement, not to mention his top-notch staff, are icing on the cake.

    Love going to bootcamp! Great trainers, great group of exercisers, supportive and fun. Everyone works at their level. It's different every time. And it's done in 30 minutes! I am gaining great definition in my arms and abs. Love it.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. What we do is not rocket science, but it is not an exact science either. What works for one client might not work for the next client. We are exceptionally good at determining what will work for each individual client.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. What we do is not rocket science, nor is it an exact science. We are experts at determining what works FOR YOU - which very well may be different than the next person. Personalized fitness and health is our specialty.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people achieve there goals. It is truly an honor to be the one to assist in the changing of a life. It is a responsibility I take very seriously.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. "Will I be sore?" And the answer is yes, you will. But the good news is the really bad soreness only lasts about a week, after that it is much less but the results still come fast and furious.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was a fat kid, a fat teenager and a fat young adult. It wasn't until college I took an interest in fitness and health. Once I had the bug there was not stopping me.
