Introduction: I'm in the business of helping people! Through my own fitness and marital art training, I found I gained more than a strong body and the ability to defend myself. I found I built a strong mind and spirit that allowed me to persevere even during my toughest times. There arent enough words to describe what a great trainer Irvin is. He really takes his time with his clients of all ages. I think it takes a special person to train people of all ages and assess their needs. Hes so patient and yet he works you hard. Hes not screaming at you to complete your workout. Hes very encouraging and that really makes all the difference. Every other trainer Ive worked with comes off as pushy and judgmental. Irvin is a different kind of trainer. He wants the best for you and helps you achieve your goals. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great workout!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my private training, I sell my services in blocks of 12, 24,36, and 48 sessions at a time with the option of paying up front for the sessions, or just paying them monthly. My group training programs only have the monthly payment option.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what the potential client's goals and needs are. Then, I decide whether I am the right person to help them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with the National Exercise Sports Trainer Association (NESTA) and have been training in the martial arts for over 14 years. I have rankings in Kung Fu, Jujitsu, Judo, as well as Boxing and Kickboxing experience. I am also a professional instructor with "The Self Defense Company."
