I brought my macbook in because it had suffered severe water (bacardi and sprite) damage while studying abroad. Since that terrible event I was unable to use my computer unless the charger was plugged in. After awhile it stopped working altogether. I brought it in for a repair, and after a couple days my computer was good as new. I couldn't believe Laptops Plus West was able to fix it. Two years later, my computer is still in tip top shape. Thanks Laptops Plus!

This may seem implausible, but it's true. My Siamese cat threw up all over my keyboard. It was one of those messy barf's not the kind that you pick up with a paper towel and discard. Obviously, it shorted things out. I took the laptop to Laptop Plus West with a great deal of tripidation. As it worked out, the laptop was cleaned and repaired to perfection, delivered as promised and nearly $80 under estimate. How really, how often does that happen. I'll go back any day of the week!!!

We have always had a good experience with Laptops Plus and will use them in the future for laptop repairs and new laptops. We have been using them for about 7 years. They have always been very quick in getting things repaired and back to us.
