We offer a complete, customized fitness program. Your program include strength training with one of San Diego's top personal trainers, a cardio program, and a nutrition plan to follow. We have made weight loss and fitness fun and easy to follow. Contact us for a free workout. If you are not happy with your progress after 30 days, we will refund your money with no questions asked. On top of private and group training we also offer massage therapy and physical therapy if there are any chronic injuries that you have not been able to find relief with. We are home to some of the best therapists in San Diego.

I've been training with San Diego Premier Training for over six months now. They were able to work with my ever changing schedule and have a training time/session for multiple needs. The new facilities are impressive.

All of the comments made so far are true. The classes are always different, crazy fun and engaging. Mike is simply on it when it comes to exercising the most muscles and your heart in the shortest amount of time. The one thing I didn't see mentioned, the training is absolutely affordable. There is a price range for literally everyone! No more excuses. Come to class with us, you will never look back!

I have been training with Mike at San Diego Premier Training for over a year. Although we workout as a group, Mike seems to have the innate ability to work with each of us as individuals. He is very aware of everyone's specific needs and limitations. Mike also combines dietary and nutritional recommendations to supplement an extensive continuously evolving workout routine. As a consummate professional, his ultimate goal is to ensure we work at our highest level for maximum results. Mike is a hands on trainer who monitors our technique and progress in every class.

Don't let Mike fool you with his sweet demeanor - he will work you so hard that you'll want to pass out...or cry! Or both! Plan on being sore from most of his workouts. If you want to get in great shape but are willing to WORK for it, you won't be disappointed you stepped foot in the door of Premier Training.
