Our fees have the following:

Our fee is 5.9% of monthly rent received, plus $199 each time we place a new tenant. That's all, nothing else.
What's the catch? You must agree to have your monthly distributions paid by direct deposit and receive your monthly statements online. By lowering our cost of doing business, we are able to lower your fees.
