Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Buyers should find out how many homes an agent has sold in the past couple years, and in what price range and neighborhoods. The closer that fits to the type of home you want, the better advice that agent may be able to give you. Sellers also want local knowledge, but marketing, negotiating, and communication are also key.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Banks involved in foreclosures and short sales often do not care if they get the highest price possible. That is why you need to know other terms of your offer which they do want so a buyer can get the best deal possible. And negotiating with banks is different than with a regular seller since communication is often sparse, terse, or non-existent.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Hard working, dedicated, and honest. Problem solver.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people make a significant change in their lives

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How can I get a good deal? What do you consider a good deal?
