Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Vacant home stagings, and interior design projects. We are a one stop shop for both staging and interior design. We can help you choose paint, select furnishings, and much more.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. It is almost impossible to compare staging estimates side by side. Customers should look at portfolio's before comparing by price alone. Ask questions, about licensing and insurance, inventory ~ where does it come from?, photography, etc. A Professional Home Stager will welcome these questions....

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. At Essential Home Staging, we go the extra mile. We merchandise each property like a 'model home'. Every property is unique and deserves a Professional Staging Company that pays attention to the specific details that your home has to offer. This attention to detail is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love being creative, and having the ability to transform a space into something not so appealing to beautiful. It's extremely rewarding to hear client's feedback of your creative side!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish customers understood the behind the scenes of our profession. Unfortunately, many staging shows leave out the preparation time, marketing efforts, etc. that are a vital part of our business. It's one thing to have an eye for pulling a project together, but there are many hours involved in getting to the final staging.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Having previously worked as a Lead Visual Merchandiser in the furniture retail industry, it made perfect sense to transition my experience to a Home Staging Profession. A visual merchandiser, is responsible for creating an environment that will appeal to BUYERS~ in a furniture retail setting, or in a home it's the same concept.

A. We package everything to simplify the process for our clients. Our pricing structure is based on the number of rooms we are staging, how much inventory and time is involved. It's really that simple...
