The artist is a California Certified Art Teacher and Commercial Artist and currently works at Muligan Amusement Park doing airbrush tattoos.

Bruce first applies the alcohol to clean off dirt and oil. Then he applies the airbrush body paint. Then he paints in the details with a fine brush. Then the glitter and jolla!
