We can cater for 40 to 1000 people!

Our meat selection is as follows:

- Carne asada (steak)
- Pollo asado (grilled chicken)
- Pastor (barbecued pork)
- Lengua (beef tongue)
- Chorizo (mexican sausage)
- Carne molida (ground beef)
- Carnitas (fried pork)

We also have a variety of sides:

- Rice
- Whole or refried beans
- Quesadillas
- Burritos
- Real guacamole
- Chips and pico de gallo
- Sour cream and cheese
- Aguas frescas (real fruit, horchata, mango, tamarindo, Jamaica, and pineapple)

Authentic Mexican tacos are also available from our on-site mobile catering kitchen. From Monday to Sunday, they're $7.50 per person for tacos only.

We charge a fee per person. The fee may vary depending on the kind of meat and sides desired:

- Soft tortillas tacos
- Three choices of meat
- Fresh salsa verde and spicy rojo
- Onion
- Cilantro
- Lemons
- Radish
- Green onion
- Jalapenos

Plates, napkins, forks are included.
