Billy tore out the old window, picked up the new one at the store and installed it in just over 4 hours -- almost exactly what he had estimated. Job turned out really nice and the cost was certainly reasonable.

Billy called me in advance to introduce himself and to confirm his arrival. He needed no supervision and completed what normally would have been a 2 person job by himself. He also took it upon himself to remove the containers my shelving came in. We will definitely be contacting him again for future work.

Billy was very thorough in fixing a fluorescent light fixture in our office. He was able to rewire a ballast and replace the bulbs in 3 hours. Very happy with the result! He was about 30-45 mins late each time, but this was most likely due to downtown traffic/parking. He had good communication and let me know he was running late.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Dry rot and the subsequent damage it causes is the bulk of my work. Everything from the actual exterior cause,any structural damage to the final coat of paint. Heating and roofing make up the rest of my bigger jobs. That's not to say I don't do small jobs i.e. doors,windows,floors and high quality painting.
