A. Check references! Good web design is not cheap. We can't tell you how many times we've heard "I spent $2,000 and have nothing to show for it." "The designer just disappeared or lost interest." Do they have an address? a phone number? What's their services record? Are their past clients happy? Check the BBB or other ratting websites like Google places.
