BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
They need to care about their customers. They didn't show up for the move on the promised date -- didn't even call! I couldn't find anyone else at that late date, so I agreed to use them two days later. This resulted in another two days rent plus two nights at a hotel. The truck wasn't big enough, and they had to make two trips. There was no inventory (usually the mover applies a sticker with a number on each piece), they broken a dresser and it took 3 weeks to get it back from the repair guy, but the legs were missing!! They chipped and marred almost everything. It must have been the first time for one of the movers worked, because it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing. He got blood on my white leather sofa. I could go on and on. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE -- DON'T USE THIS COMPANY -- YOU WILL BE SORRY.

The actual movers we really nice guys and tried their best. I had been very clear to the guy on the phone creating the job that I lived upstairs. We had a 3 be apt, but it wasn't dully furnished by any means. We also had a storage locker that was half full. Thinking that they did this all the time and probably much bigger jobs at that, this should be no big deal. So at 7pm when I wAs stuck on a work call and they told my husband they had to go I was surprised. Not as suprised as I was when I realized they left everything in my living room! No one the boxes that were supposed to go upstairs were moved. There were several pieces of furniture that were not moved. It was pretty frustrating. They had told my husband that they were going over the contract time. I had done a do not exceed, which I'm glad I did because I couldn't even get a ballpark quote from them without, and it was over what they wanted to give us. Sorry your guys took longer than anyone would have anticipated, but you should not leave things undone. I've been left to move it all on my own the last few days. Not happy. Also, they left about 5/6 boxes at the storage saying they wild they fit. That is just ridiculous.
