    We would first discuss the importance of safety and apply it in all we will do. Your personal goals will become mine as we will find the ways and means to achieve them. I have devised a simple "12 round" program that we could follow. 1. Basic conditioning to test agility and shadow boxing 2. Footwork, movement, and stance 3. Knock out punches / Focus mitts 4. Solid defense and evasion 5. Effective combinations 6. Heavy bag Sessions include the following: 7. Review of rounds 1-6 8. Speed bag / Double-end bag 9. Counter punching 10. Combo drills 11. Putting it all together 12. Catch/Return drills with the coach

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice would be to give me and my program a chance. You will not be disappointed. So much good about yourself will be surfaced. Even if you already have an existing fitness plan in place, this program will be the perfect supplement.
