Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Not all real estate agents are the same. Make sure that you will be working with a knowledgeable professional who can assist you with your real estate goal including available loan programs for first-time homebuyers. Whether you are buying or selling a home or is going through a tough decision in keeping your home, it is best to work with someone you can trust and has the skills to assist you with your needs.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a first-time homebuyer, I would like to know what programs are available for me so I can buy a home in this market. I also would like to know the entire process of buying a home and would like to know if the professional that I will be working with has the skills knowledge to guide me through the entire process. As a seller, I would like someone to educate me as to pricing, preparing my home to sell, marketing my home and what to expect during the entire process. I would want to also know if my agent will have a regular communication with me as to the status of the sale of my home as well answer any issues and concerns.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How knowledgeable are you with buying or selling a home? Can you edcuate me and guide me through the entire process? Will we have an open communication as to any issues, status and/or update so we can resolve any issues on a timely manner? Do you work with experienced vendors i.e. loan officers, home inspector and termite inspector?
